TYPE VACUUM CONTINUOUS This is a continuous mixing plant specifically developed for large volumes of a specific product where all the dry and wet ingredients are dosed in a continuous stream into the 2 mixing tanks at different temperatures This mixer is used for a mix containing large amounts of solids from a dry ingredient source and at high solids It is designed specifically for 19 RSCM Recombined Sweet Condensed Milk up to 75 TS RCM Recombined Condensed Milk up to 28 TS This is a 3 Step mixing process 1 In the first mixing tank the milk solid ingredients water and stabilizer mix is metered continuously into the tank circulated whilst maintaining the temperature at approx 40 C The brix is continuously monitored at the outlet of the transfer line after the hydration holding tube before it is heated further and into the 2nd mixer tank 2 The second mixing the temperature is maintain at approx 65 C sugar is added continuously The brix is continuously monitored at the outlet in the transfer line after the hydration holding tube 3 The palm oil is dosed continuously into the stream just before entering the final heat exchanger where the mix storage temperature is maintained 20
