The grievance was ruled not proper, as the delegates had ruled on it yesterday (June 21, 2014). It can be appealed to the Grand Lodge. § The grievance was filed with the Grand Lodge by Brother Shier (Lodge #128 and Brother Pat Lemke (Lodge #130). Prior to being heard by the Grand Lodge Fred Brown resigned as Vice President and Harold West (Kalamazoo Lodge #98) was appointed to the office of Vice President. The Grand Lodge ruled in favor of the grievance. However, with Brother Fred Brown stepping down prior to the ruling and Brother Harold West being appointed in a proper manor. Nash mentioned that the credentials for Lodge 130 Active Member Al Gertley were available since Gertley was not at the National Conference.
