MOBILE HOPE 2025
This past year at Mobile Hope was not defined by a single moment
or milestone. Instead, it was defined by movement — steady
progress shaped by the young people we serve, the staff who walk
alongside them, and the community that believes in their future.
In 2025, we saw more young people move from crisis toward
stability. More youth stepped into training, employment, and
opportunity. And more of our work focused on building the skills,
relationships, and support systems that help young people move
forward with confidence. While housing instability remains a real
challenge for many young people in our community, we are seeing
more youth build stability and opportunity.
Mobile Hope has always been grounded in meeting young people
where they are — on the street, in unstable housing, or navigating
systems that were not designed with them in mind. This year we
deepened our investment in workforce development and
sustained support, helping young people build not only stability
for today, but momentum for what comes next.
Behind every number in this report is a young person who took a
step forward — sometimes small, sometimes transformative,
always meaningful. And behind that progress is a community of
partners, volunteers, donors, and advocates who make this work
possible.
Thank you for standing with Mobile Hope and with the young
people who remind us every day that forward motion is possible.

When we met Jose at 17, he was doing
everything he could just to stay in school.
Because of donors like you, Mobile Hope
stepped in with food, shelter, and support
when stability felt out of reach.
Your support made mentorship possible.
Access to our trade school became possible.
Consistency became possible.
Over time, those supports added up to
something bigger: momentum.
Today, Jose is self-sufficient — with reliable
transportation, a career path, and the
confidence that comes from building a life of
his own.
And now, he’s back — teaching young people in
our program what’s possible when someone
believes in them.
Because of you, Jose’s story is not about
crisis — it’s about what happens when
support lasts long enough to change a
future.
Because of you, Jose returned —
not to get help, but to give it.
stories of strength
LOCAL STORIES.
GLOBAL CONVERSATIONS.
Mobile Hope’s youth homelessness white paper has
been referenced in more than 2,000 locations
worldwide.
It is helping shape policy, prevention, and system
responses far beyond our community.
And it remains grounded in the real experiences of
young people here at home.
From local experience to broader influence.
Now updated for 2026.
the
reality
youth
face
Even in one of the most prosperous regions in the country,
many young people are navigating instability alone.
Youth homelessness is often hidden — unfolding through
couch surfing, temporary stays with friends, or nights spent in
cars while trying to keep up with school, work, and daily life.
REALITIES MANY YOUTH FACE
• Safe shelter options for young people are limited.
Without stable housing, maintaining work or finishing
school becomes significantly harder.
• Many young people facing crisis are doing so without a
trusted adult to guide them.
Staying safe amidst the dangers of the streets.
Mobile Hope exists to change that reality — providing
stability, opportunity, and support when young
people need it most.
Youth homelessness is rarely visible — but its
impact is profound. Mobile Hope exists
to make sure young people are
not navigating it alone.
