Global Simultaneous Kickoff MeetingTechnology Company Kick-Off Meeting Atlanta, Prague, Bucharest, Yerevan, Kuala Lumpur8 weeks before the event start date, a leading technology client engaged MGME to execute a kickoff meeting simultaneously across five locations with a virtual component. They needed a partner to provide creative services, logistics support, event management, attendee management and production.MGME designed and presented multiple themes that incorporated the goals and strategy of the event. All events were designed around the theme that the client chose. Staging and scenic for each location hosting from 450 to 1,300 attendees was designed and created by MGME's expert creative and production team. Technology User ConferenceTechnology Company User Conference Omni PGA Resort, Frisco, TexasFor the third consecutive year MGME planned, executed and managed a user conference for a leading technology company, focused on development in the AI space. The event was held at the Omni PGA Resort in Frisco, TX and attended by over 1,000 clients.The General Session content was vividly displayed on a 150’ long, 3-part LED wall and flawlessly executed by our technical team. The opening moment was beautifully executed to include visuals, lighting, and sound to fully immerse and energize the attendees.MGME also operated six large ancillary presentation spaces with full production, dozens of sponsors and kiosks, and two huge outdoor parties with entertainment performing on a custom outdoor stage made to fit within the existing infrastructure. Welcome to the CircleTechnology Company Incentive San Diego, CaliforniaVerizon’s Winner’s Circle is an incentive that celebrates the top 5% of their sales teams. This program utilizes all MGME services soup to nuts; sourcing, program management, registration, attendee management, air, creative and production. This was the first incentive since the pandemic and the birth of a new format: all winner’s nation-wide to celebrate in the same place over 2 waves. It was an opportunity to reinvent the process. The size of this event makes it a logistical marvel. We really put the spotlight on the winners to make them feel like stars. VIP Client Dinner in the HamptonsHotel Company VIP Client Dinner Hamptons, NYThe business development team at Choice Hotels sought an exclusive and unique event design to impress and inspire 30 of their VIP clients for their yearly VIP event. The location needed to be exclusive and within 90 minutes of New York City. This needed to be an extremely memorable event as the attendees were a group of very high net worth individuals who by the very nature of their work travel the globe and experience the best-of-the-best in the hospitality world.MGME chose the Hamptons for its proximity to NYC and its reputation as an exclusive destination. The private historic waterfront home of AD100 Designer Steven Gambrels was secured for the event. Private seaplanes were chartered to provide transfers from NYC to the Hamptons, and back the following day. This added an additional layer of delight for the guests as they took off for a thirty-minute journey with the Manhattan skyline as a backdrop. Once in the Hamptons, the guests were transferred to their dinner location in Sag Harbor by Hinckley yachts. Cocktail hour took place inside the historic property and a gourmet meal was served under a sailcloth tent on the lawn overlooking the water. Presidents ClubMobile Telecom Incentive San Diego, CaliforniaA mobile telecom company enlisted MGME in planning an incentive trip for their top 35 salespeople from across Canada. MGME provided full-service event management for this program including sourcing, program management, F&B management, gifting, awards, registration, attendee management, air, and an off-site excursion. After an extensive destination search, the guests arrived at the Margaritaville Hotel in San Diego’s Gas Lamp district. InteractiveExhibitHealthcare Company Exhibit Booth and Product Theater New Orleans, LouisianaAs a world leader in blood glucose monitoring, LifeScan was undergoing a digital transformation. They looked to MGME to create a custom exhibit within the largest global diabetes conference of the year. In addition to driving lead capture, LifeScan wanted to roll out a new campaign and brand look and demonstrate a bold shift towards digital wellness offerings. MGME developed a technologically advanced exhibit that exceeded expectations. Our 20 x 20-foot booth showcased a cutting-edge circular LED screen, providing 360-degree immersive visuals and messaging. This centerpiece featured interactive elements, including Annie the chameleon, protagonist of a new campaign. Utilizing gesture-based technology, visitors regulated Annie's blood sugar levels by waving their hand. A standout attraction was a 6-foot replica of Annie, allowing guests to capture branded photos for social media sharing.
