Program Overview The MGM Coaching College Ambassador Program is an exclusive opportunity for motivated college students to market and sell MGM Coaching’s online course called The Art of Successful Networking on their campuses and within their personal and professional networks. As MGM Growth Partners, students will market, promote, and sell the course while earning a commission on each sale. This program provides real-world experience in sales, marketing, and networking, helping students develop skills that will benefit them throughout their careers while also giving each MGM Growth Partner access to mentorship and coaching with MGM Coaching. The Art of Successful Networking (AOSN) ● AOSN is an online course that MGM Coaching created to help teach college-aged students the importance of networking and relationship building, what it actually is, and how to do it. ● Each MGM Growth Partner will gain access to the course upon a successful hiring. ● Find more info at https://www.theartofsuccessfulnetworking.com/. MGM Growth Partner Roles & Responsibilities ● Promote, Market, and Sell The Art of Successful Networking through social media, student organizations, and personal networks. ● Organize small events, meetups, or webinars to introduce students to networking principles. ● Share testimonials and success stories from the course to build credibility. Compensation & Incentives ● Commission-based earnings on every sale generated (25% of every sale). ● Performance-based bonuses for top sellers (cash incentives, mentorship calls, and more). ● Access to free training and personal development resources through MGM Coaching. ● Potential career opportunities with MGM Coaching or The College Confidence Coach for top-performing ambassadors. Time Commitment & Expectations The program is designed to be flexible and fits into a student’s schedule without feeling like a burden. Suggested time investment: Marketing & Promotion (1-2 hours/week) ● Posting on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.). ● Sharing testimonials, personal experiences, and course highlights. ● Engaging with peers in student organizations, clubs, and networking events. Sales Outreach & Follow-Ups (1-2 hours/week) ● Talking to friends, classmates, and social circles about the course. ● Sending DMs, texts, and emails to potential students. ● Following up with interested individuals. Team Meetings & Training (30 min - 1 hour/week, optional but encouraged) ● Weekly/bi-weekly virtual check-ins for strategy updates and Q&A. ● Access to coaching calls with MGM Coaching for skill development. Hosting or Participating in Events (As Needed, Optional) ● Organizing small in-person or online networking events. ● Speaking at club meetings or Greek life gatherings to introduce the course. Who Can Apply? ● College students passionate about networking, business, entrepreneurship, and self-development. ● College Students active in student organizations, Greek life, clubs, or social circles with a strong presence. ● College Students with strong communication skills and an eagerness to grow their personal brand. How It Works 1. Application & Selection – Students apply by completing the Application Form linked here. 2. Training & Onboarding – MGM Growth Partners will get on a Zoom call with MGM Coaching to review the program and what’s expected of them. 3. Promotion & Sales – MGM Grow Partners promote the course on campus and online to drive sales. 4. Earnings & Rewards – MGM Coaching will track Ambassador commissions and bonuses for successful sales and make monthly payments.
