The MGM Conative Confidence Program Program Path Outcomes While the beauty of our proprietary process is its ability to adapt to the needs of each individual client the core of our Discovery Strategies and Solutions phases have been developed to cover the basis of self empowerment and begin the development of each person s Internal Self Validation and unique abilities Discovery Take their first Conative A assessments to unveil their natural instinctive talents unique abilities and motivational behaviors Go through a thorough review with their coach to understand their unique results and core strengths and search for common instances in their personal and professional lives to relate results with Engage in a series of exercises designed to instill confidence in the three areas of their mind Cognitive Affective and Conative and begin nurturing these strengths to better implement their goals both internally at work and externally in their professional pursuits Strategies In Strategies we are taking personnel results and building innovative and custom strategies to approach their outlook on their role within and outside of the organization Personnel will be presented with a list of custom built strategies tailored to their networking needs internal communications and personal self validation With their coach personnel will set attainable measurable goals for what they hope their newfound self validation will bring Those goals can be monetary relationship oriented or simply performance based Solutions Once strategies have been agreed upon between personnel and coach the solutions can be tangibly implemented The goal of the solutions portion of the program is to empower each individual to produce By taking the agreed upon strategies into their daily tasks and interactions personnel will see the results making a difference in their self confidence networking abilities internal communication and close rates Our goal is to enable the team to approach each task role or responsibility with a newfound sense of confidence and poise
