Women’s LeadershipImplemented by CEPUDOImplemented by CEPUDOCommunity leadership involves workshops, talksand exercises that foster motivation forparticipation and other pivotal leadership skillsthat enable the community’s residents to takeaction. This aims to train women with a wide range ofuseful leadership skills, self-management andfinancial knowledge through workshops ondifferent topics that help accomplish thisobjective.

456Youth ReadyWorld Vision methodology, implementedby CEPUDOYouth Ready consists of equipping younginhabitants with essential tools through anumber of workshops that enable them to buildpersonal and career pathways, allowing them toenhance their living conditions in the long term. Nurturing Care Implemented by World VisionNurturing Care will provide educationalguidance through workshops to build healthyand safe relationships betweenparents/caregivers and their children withinthe community. Empower World View Implemented by World VisionAs a final step, Empower World View aims toteach, build and develop communityparticipants’ abilities to recognize God intheir lives.

12This second stage ofworkshops fulfills training inwater consumption andchildren’s hygieneconsciousness.The objective in schools is toencourage children’sparticipation in integratingsanitation and hygienepractices in their schoolenvironments. The application of the“Limpios y Felices” (“Cleanand Happy” in English)program will promote basicbehaviors for managing water,hygiene and sanitation inprimary and elementaryschool.
