We always want to provide you and our other guests with our best services, so adequate time is required. The Spa at River Ridge kindly asks for 24 hour notice for any appointment change or cancellation. When late cancellations or no-shows occur, it takes up a large block of time on our service providers’ schedules that impacts their income and prevents other guests from being able to schedule. When an appointment is no-showed or cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a fee up to 100% of the scheduled service.
