MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS Guidance and tools for pastoral transitions Workshops lectures and webinars Safe church initiatives Vacation Bible School Effective transitional leadership Creating a culture of philanthropy in your church Church revitalization Hybrid Annual Meeting Conference Ministers Convocations National events for youth young adults Professional management for endowments through the Congregational Investment Trust Assistance for fine arts programs through the John Richard Memorial Endowment Hurting Churches Fund Grants Lay Ministry Training Program Enhanced seminary education and financial support through the Congregational Foundation for Theological Studies Congregational history and polity courses online and in person Cultural exploration ministry trips Connecting congregations to global relief efforts WHAT IS FAIR SHARE Member churches make an annual contribution to the Shared Ministries Fund which directly supports the programs resources and events that further the Congregational Way The NACCC does not require a membership fee Each church determines its own level of support Currently the recommended Fair Share contribution is 13 a member annually Many churches contribute 15 or more per member annually This level of giving Fair Share Plus significantly impacts the ability of the NACCC to assist Congregational churches First Congregational Church Spencer Iowa WHY CONTRIBUTE As an association our vitality depends on the support member churches provide The NACCC relies on financial contributions to carry out programs and services Our church gives at this level because we are grateful for all the NACCC has done to help our church We realize the budget for the NA is not extravagant and providing services to the local churches costs money We have certainly benefited from the organization Fair Share Plus contributing church 15 or more per member Every congregation is unique The NACCC strives to be relevant to Congregational churches representing diverse communities and ministries Because you value being a part of a national organization use our networking opportunities take advantage of our leadership resources or rely on us to during a pastoral transition we ask you to contribute to the Shared Ministries Fund to ensure we are able to engage congregations in dynamic collaborations for years to come
