April Johnson is excited to participate in Melodies of Motown.Her most memorable roles include: “Once On This Island”(Asaka), “Rock of Ages” (Justice), “Ragtime” (Sarah’s Friend),“All Shook Up” (Sylvia), “To Kill a Mockingbird” (Calpurnia),and “Little Shop of Horrors” (Crystal/Chiffon). Arianna WigginsArianna Wiggins is 22 years old, born and raised inAtlantic City, New Jersey. She has been singingsince she was five years old and went toChartertech High School for the Performing Arts.She has done some community theatre shows aftergraduating and cannot wait to participate in thisnext show.

Beaux Emerson is an actor, soul singer, songwriter, and performer,and a West Philadelphia native. Beaux has an old soul, influenced byartists such as Marvin Gaye, Christina Aguilera, Brian McKnight,Stevie Wonder, as well as an eclectic mix of quality singers fromBobby Blue Bland through Steve Perry across genres. Recent theaterroles: Mitch, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Drifters,Beautiful Carole King the Musical, Detective Ray Court, TheBodyguard; Armand, Once on this Island; Gator, Memphis; Bobo, ARaisin in the Sun. Other Theater credits: The Color Purple, The Wiz,Jesus Christ Superstar, Talk About Drama, Kinky Boots. He hasperformed in Tributes to The Latin Casino and Motown and, also,performed the National Anthem for several local sports teams. Chimere Lynn is very excited to be returning to the GrandTheatre in this production of Melodies of Motown! She waslast seen in the Road Company’s production of Beautiful:The Carole King Musical! Previous credits include NickiMarron in The Bodyguard the Musical, Felicia Farrell inMemphis, ensemble member in Dreamgirls and Evita. Craig Bazan is a proud native of Camden, New Jersey. Craigis happy to be back on stage at the Grand Theatre tocelebrate Juneteenth. Past roles include: Magaldi in Evita,James Thunder Early in Dreamgirls (The Grand Theater) andCutler in Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom (The Ritz Theater). She was last seen as MotormouthMaybelle in Hairspray here at the Grand, Dionne in Hair (HaddonfieldPlays and Players), and Effie in Dreamgirls (Wilmington Drama League).Other recent roles include Angie in Ty Lewis’ ‘Papa May Have’, Ensemblein ‘Memphis’ (Grand Theatre), and Flight Attendant (Airline Redacted).She wants to thank her hardworking fellow cabaret performers andproduction staff for sharing their talents, exuberance, and collectivepositive energy. Taye Hopkins (he/they) is overjoyed to be Back on stage in theMelodies Of Motown cabaret. He was last seen several monthsago at Blue Moon Theater playing Audrey II in Little Shop OfHorrors. Other favorite performances include Sinatra Cabaret,Once On This Island (Tonton Julian) at the Levoy Theatre, LesBlancs (Soldier) at EgoPo Classic Theater in Philadelphia, OffBroadstreet Players’ Wedding Singer (Ensemble/Fake Mr. T), andDreamgirls at Wilmington Drama League (Curtis Taylor Jr.).
