The clinic aimed to alleviate children’s fear of doctor visits while inspiring them to become doctors themselves. Children were given teddy bears so they could give their furry friends a “check-up” while they were guided by the friendly and kind graduate medical residents.The clinic was featured in various media outlets, including Telemundo Channel 52 News, the Daily News, DTLA Weekly, La Opinión, Telemundo Channel 52 News, and Torrance Daily Breeze.
