We offer drop-ins, activities andpeer support to help build your confidenceand manage the challenges that affectemotional wellbeing as you head intoadulthood. Signposting to different groups andorganisations who can support yourmental health and emotionalwellbeing including the wider thingsthat can affect you such as,education, housing and yourfinances.Support to access other servicessuch as your GP, NHS TalkingTherapies (18+) and other servicesin our community.Support to make connections withother young people and shareexperiences (peer support).We can help with adviceand support for:Self-referralWe are a new service for youngpeople aged 16-25 with mental healthneeds, and their parents/carers. The service offers a pathway tosupport emotional wellbeing throughcollaboration with our partners. Weaim to help young people navigatethe journey into adulthood and toaccess services across thecommunity.We offer advice and guidance. peersupport, groups and 1-1 sessions tohelp young people to overcome thebarriers to accessing the rightsupport. We can work with you and listen toyour concerns. If you require theskills of more than one partner we willsupport you to get the help youwould like without the need forfurther referrals.We can support you if you have anyquestions or concerns about your mentalhealth or emotions.
