MARRIOTT VIP (very important points)The Small Print..- Provisional bookings must be conﬁrmed within 14 days of booking by paying a non-refundable, non-transferable £20.00 per person deposit for Festive Party Nights or £50.00 per person for New Year’s Eve. - Final balance must be made by Friday, 31st October 2025. Bookings made after this date must be paid in full. - If your party size reduces, all payments, including deposits, cannot be redeemed against the ﬁnal balance, or applied to drinks or any other hotel services, including accommodation.- Guests attending Christmas Nights, Christmas with Cassi and Lunch with Edward Reid must be over 18. New Years Eve Party guest must be 16 years and older, with all under 18s accompanied by an adult. - To ensure quick service, please pre-order drinks, which will be placed on your table prior to arrival. - Corkage is not available, and you may not bring in your own food, alcohol (including gifts), or soft drinks. If discovered, the party members will be asked to leave, and it is your responsibility to ensure all of your guests are aware of this.- All food is prepared in an area where allergens are present. Inform the Events Ofﬁce of any dietary requirements in advance.
