MARRIOTT VIP (very important points)The Small Print..- Provisional bookings must be conrmed within 14 days of booking by paying a non-refundable, non-transferable £20.00 per person deposit for Festive Party Nights or £50.00 per person for Hogmanay. - Final balance must be made by Friday, 1st November 2024. Bookings made after this date must be paid in full. - If your party size reduces, all payments, including deposits, cannot be redeemed against the nal balance, or applied to drinks or any other hotel services, including accommodation.- Guests attending Festive Party Nights and the Clyde Suite Hogmanay Gala must be 18 years or older. ID will be required for entry. - To ensure quick service, please pre-order drinks, which will be placed on your table prior to arrival. - Corkage is not available, and you may not bring in your own food, alcohol (including gifts), or soft drinks. If discovered, the party members will be asked to leave, and it is your responsibility to ensure all of your guests are aware of this.- All food is prepared in an area where allergens are present. Inform the Events Ofce of any dietary requirements in advance. For details about ingredients used, especially for those with allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements, please contact the Events Ofce on 0141 226 1514. - If you have specic seating requests, please notify us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee all will be met.- The Clyde Suite Ballroom features mixed table seating arrangements, so groups may be sharing tables.- Accommodation is offered on a rst-come, rst-served basis only and is subject to hotel availability. - Check in from 3pm and check-out before 12noon. New Year’s Day late check-out until 1pm. - Hogmanay Family Bash does not include entry to Hogmanay Gala Ball.- All prices include VAT @ 20%.- The hotel reserves the right to transfer bookings to alternative dates if minimum numbers are not achieved for any event.
