Women’s History Month 2024:Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity and InclusionAdriana became a police officer at the ageof 37 and absolutely loves her job. Adrianaand her team are often engaging withfamilies and individuals who are in need. She says, "We talk to them and get toknow them, and we do our best toidentify and meet their needs. My job hasbeen totally rewarding. I have met manyamazing people during my career.” She believes that Stamford provides a vast number of opportunities andresources for all members of the community: "It's inspiring to see thetremendous collaboration between the many local agencies and theStamford Police Department.
