2024-25 PROJECTS & ACTIVITIESCOMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT GRANT Discussion began in July, 2023 to write an empowermentgrant and create a Main Street organization. More than100 community members attended the first meeting todiscuss and approve starting the process. Committeesand the 4 Point Approach were discussed and a list ofpossible ideas/projects was brainstormed oEmpowerment grant workshop in August was attendedto gather knowledge and begin writing the submission oFinal Presentation on Nov 2, 2023 made to MO MainStreet as part of the application process. o Sign twocopies of agreement and returned by December 29,2023 to finalize our Empowerment Grant with MO MainStreet

One ofthe longest standing traditionsin Stanberry has been theFourth of July celebration andFireworks Show. Every year it isan opportunity for ourcommunity and families tocome together to celebratewith each other.
