RENOVATING REMOTELY Gulf Shore Blvd Naples FL A local Iowa client asked us to renovate their dated vacation home in a Naples Florida high rise This incredible design was completed by one of our own in house design team members Mainbuilt provided the design plan and an on site supervisor utilizing local Naples contractors to oversee the project while Minnesota Cabinets supplied all of the cabinetry and flooring 15

REMODELING DESIGN FORM AND FUNCTION We dedicate the same planning design and building resources to our remodeling projects as we do to the custom homes we build You will never have to cut corners or settle for lower quality materials when you work with us In this project the client wanted to not only update the decor of their home but make the kitchen dining and living areas more functional By redesigning the kitchen layout and removing a partition between the kitchen and dining room all three areas were combined into an open concept beautiful and functional entertaining space 16

By removing the existing wall behind the fridge we were able to maximize the total entertaining and storage space with a floor to ceiling wall of cabinetry updated appliances and a coffee station Expanding into the rarely used dining area also allowed for more natural light to enter the home from the existing window Rearranging the layout of the kitchen by removing the peninsula and instead desiging a long island with seating opened up the whole living area and eased traffic flow The entire space now feels more spacious bright and useful 17
