MAC Rentals28TERMS & CONDITIONSCARE AND CLEANING OF EQUIPMENTEquipment is sent out clean and full of fuel and should be returnedin the same condition. It is the responsibility of the customer toensure the machine is returned clean and full of fuel. There will bea cleaning fee of $60/hour added if equipment is returned dirty,and fuel will be charged to the same order. Please note that mostdamages to the equipment come from the job site. We advise youto check your jobsite before use of our equipment. We understandand acknowledge that normal wear and tear is going to happen tothe equipment. There will be repair cost for damages from misuseor improper care billed to the rental customer. The payment forthese repairs is the responsibility of the customers.OPERATING CONDITIONS OF EQUIPMENTIf the equipment is not operating as it should or has a problem,please contact us immediately. Continuing to run damaged orimproperly working equipment can cause excess wear and tearresulting in damages.
