Leadership Academy Applications Available January 2024Use the MPS Leadership Framework to develop specific leadership skillsthat improve staff performance and increase student achievement.Relate theory to operational Millard practices.Reflect on personal strengths and leadership styles.Engage in practicum and shadowing experiences throughout the District.Build lateral capacity of leadership throughout the District.Have the opportunity to earn 3 hours of graduate credit at a 50%reduced rate (UNO).· A commitment to working within the Millard Public Schools.· A minimum of 3 years of experience in Millard Public Schools.· A proven record of educational success and leadership.· A willingness to participate in a year-long program that extends beyond the normalwork hours. · A recommendation from your immediate supervisor.Candidates must have:Participants of the MPS Leadership Academy will:Leadership in MPS is defined as the art and science of inspiring others toward a commonmission and a shared vision through collaborative relationships characterized byintegrity, humility, resiliency, and commitment to empowering others to reach theirhighest potential.Looking to grow as a leader in MPS?
