We also act as your field marketing team to increase referrals.We create a revenue share by acting as managed service organization, using your contracts to bill for infusions and injections.We are an extension of your ofce: • Benet verications and prior authorizations• Including purchase of medication and supplies• Maintaining inventory, patient scheduling• Infusion suite set-up (if needed)• Billing and collectionsWe purchase the medication and provide all necessary operation support to complete and bill for service.

Win/WinYou assist in building a revenue stream for your practice.We acquire medication for all patients and manage wholesaler account payments.We will guarantee all authorization and billing work. If you administer injections, you receive full CPT payment.We pay all operational costs, including:• Nursing (if needed)• Benefit verification and authorization services, scheduling• Supplies: chairs, infusion supplies, etc.• Contracting review and support• Coordination of scheduling

Patient receives injection/infusion in your ofce.LivWell receives conrmation and bills payer.Money is posted into your bank account for the claims.LivWell invoices your ofce ONLY for payments posted to your account.**Weekly Billing Cycle and Invoice **If your nurse performs the administration, YOU keep the administration fee.

LivWell reconciles all A/R for completed claims.Revenue share = 50% gross prot of medications - billing fee.Report sent to ofce showing net revenue share for month.LivWell makes payment to YOUR ofce for revenue share.Monthly Revenue ShareFor fully completed claims:**Completed claims are paid out once the patient’s claims have no balance, i.e. primary and secondary insurance have both paid.
