You'll be able to repair orat least have awareness of major issues, eliminating any nasty surprises mid transactionThe fee is usually the same as a buyer’sinspection, generally ranging from $450 to $550for a qualified inspector who carries E&Oinsurance. Of course, the price varies based onlocation, square footage, age of the home, andany special conditions. REVIEWS"Shaughnessy is the BEST, and I mean BEST,person to help you find your dream home orsell your house. She is kind, compassionate, and always listens to your needs. She makesthe process incredibly simple and will explainanything you don’t understand each step ofthe way. I’ve used her both for selling myhouse and finding a new place to live, andyou can tell she is an expert in her field. Ihighly recommend using her if you wantsomeone who will always be on your teamno matter what!”"I am beyond impressed with Shaughnessy. When my husband and I initially decided tolist our home, we anticipated that it wouldtake a good 6 months to a year to sell ourhouse, and buy a new one. I am not kiddingwhen I say we sold our house and put anoffer on a new house (which was accepted)in a matter of 2 weeks after our initialmeeting with her. She's motivated, responsive, crazy creative, and knows herstuff.”" "Shaughnessy was a great agent and I highlyrecommend her services if you are buying orselling. She is knowledgeable in the marketplace and brings a support team to cover allaspects of the transaction. Shaughnessybrings an ability to utilize modern daytechnology to advertise connecting withmany of today's younger buyers. Thisbroadened the target area and made sellingmy home quick and efficient. Shaughnessy isprofessional and responsive and helps easethe stress of selling a home. I highlyrecommend Shaughnessy.”"As a real estate investor, I buy and sellhouses more often than most, look athouses much more often than most, andmeet and work with a fairly large number ofrealtors. I am also a real estate attorney, andfrequently work with realtors in a variety ofways there as well. So when I say thatShaughnessy is easily one of the bestrealtors I have worked with, that I now list allmy houses with her, and recommend her tomy clients, I hope that provides somecontext. Shaughnessy is careful with mytime (never shows me houses outside mylimits or that don't fit my description of whatI'm looking for), returns communicationsimmediately, and her comps are the mostaccurate I've received. She is a strongnegotiator, always punctual, and she'sknowledgeable about not just the real estatemarket but about repair costs as well -which is rare. Shaughnessy found me thehouse I am renovating right now and I'll belisting this one with her as well. Highestrecommendation across the boards.””I first met Shaughnessy when I hired her tolist my property because the current realtorhad failed to sell it after several months onthe market. Shaughnessy sold my propertyquickly and handled all the little bumps inthe road with professionalism and efficiency. Her calm demeanor was extremely helpfulwith a stressful situation. I will definitely useher for ALL my real estate needs over andover again. I am so pleased with everyaspect of my experience with her. Highlyrecommended in my book!” Page 25
