Final Pay Cheque Timeline:Your last pay deposit will be issued to you in accordance withregulations set forth by your province of residence no later than thenext regularly-scheduled pay date.Your final pay is deposited via Direct Deposit to the account(s) onfile in ADP.Refer to the Canada payroll schedule available here.FINAL PAY Contents of Final Pay Cheque:You can expect:The standard, regular pay for days worked in the current payperiod.Accrued vacation will be paid out to you.Negative balance (borrowed vacation time) will be deductedfrom your final pay.All required withholdings as of your termination date.Termination Pay:If you are eligible you will receive Pay in Lieu of Notice inaccordance to ESA of the province you reside in.Termination payment is issued via direct deposit after signing yourtermination pay/severance agreement.Termination pay details in a separate email entitled "IMPORTANT:Your Exit Information" April 2, 2024.ADP + Leaving eXp:You can access your ADP account for up to a year post-departure.Changes can be made by logging in to ADP and navigating to theMyself tab, then Profile, then Personal Info.For assistance, contact ADP at 1-866-532-9499Expense Reimbursement:You may submit eligible business expenses incurred up to your lastday within 14 days of separation.Please send expense reports to cdnfinance@exprealty.net, copying your direct supervisor.en français

This means that if you wantto continue life insurance coverage after the 31-day period, you may need to explore other options or obtain a new policy.Stock Options:You may exercise any vested stock options within 90 days of your last day through Shareworks.Any unvested options are immediately canceled upon termination.For more information about Stock Options, view our Resources page.

Canada Life will send you a comprehensive package by mailoutlining the available options for your next steps. Onceyou've made a decision and returned the necessarydocuments, Canada Life will promptly process yourelection.Please ensure your mailing information is up to date in yourCanada Life portal.You will have two options for next action if you are activelycontributing to the RRSP.RRSP NEXT STEPSOption Two – Cash Refund:If you choose this option:The cash withdrawal will be reported from a Retirement Savings Plan to theTaxation Division of CRA and will forward a T4RSP to you following thecalendar year-end.Taxes must be withheld on any cash withdrawals as follows by lump sumtax rates,:Option One – Transfer Your Funds:Choose to receive an annuity or transfer the value of yourRRSP to:Another RRSPA RRIF (Registered Retirement Income Fund)An RPP (Registered Pension Plan)An insurance company for the purchase of an annuity.In all provinces, except Quebec:If you withdraw $0 to $5,000, then you will be subject to 10%withholding tax.If you withdraw $5,000.01 to $15,000, then you will be subject to20%.If you withdraw $15,000.01 or more, then you will be subject to 30%withholding tax.In Quebec only:If you withdraw $0 to $5,000, then you will be subject to 5% federal+ 15% provincial withholding tax.If you withdraw $5,000.01 to $15,000, then you will be subject to10% federal + 15% provincial withholding tax.If you withdraw $15,000.01 or more, then you will be subject to 15%federal + 15% provincial withholding tax.en français
