Nathaniel HodgesNathaniel is the owner and CEO of OutliersConsulting, a specialised interdisciplinarydevelopment company focused on psychology,business and leadership. He’s done extensivestudy in the field of psychology, is a trainedmeditation teacher, independent researcher andthe author of 3 books.Nathaniel completed his undergraduate degree inExercise Physiology at the Queensland Universityof Technology (QUT) and lectured and tutoredthere after graduation. During this time, he conducted research thatprofiled mood states, physical injury, andperformance with some of Australia’s bestathletes.He founded his own range of innovative training studios in Brisbane and conductedprivate coaching with high-level athletes, using psychology to develop and maximisetheir performance. During this time, he re-engaged his studies in DevelopmentalPsychology.After some success in small business, Nathaniel went on to help build a companycalled NXT LVL, a dedicated business and personal development agency still inoperation today with its original founder. During this time, he re-engaged his tertiaryeducation in Classic Psychology.In November 2019, Nathaniel founded his own boutique consulting company, Outliers.He designed and transitioned his business to focus on the advanced psychologicaldevelopment of the individual.
