BRITTANY'S NOMINATIONS Brittany and I have collaborated on a couple things over the lastmonth and her input and thought process have added so much tomy perspective on multiple topics. Brittany tries to see the lightand the benifit to even the most trivial opportunties. This is why Iwant to nominate her for Manager of the Month. She strives tobuild the best team not just for her own org but with any of herpeers and for our site overall. She askes great questions, alwayshas a suggestion for how we can accomplish the goal we areworking towards and she does all of this with an amazing attitude.I am proud to call her my peer and so grateful to work with andlearn from her.Brittany, BB, Beebs is at it again with her amazingness!! Sheconsistently, day after day, week after week, MONTH afterMONTH, shows her Wayfair spirit through supporting ourmanagement team and building us up! She does this throughcollaborating ideas in our meetings, testing her ideas out beforepresenting them to our team even, and does miscellanous thingsto bring us together such as covering helpdesk hours whenneeded or setting up impromptu meetings to help us out or justhang and connect with each other while we work!
