Plus, they will have mentors in the local church or community to help support them in their study. The program will be broken into three levels; each level lasts one year and contains ten sessions of learning. The dierent levels will help meet the needs of a rapidly changing church landscape. Level 1 is DISCIPLESHIP and is designed for the individual who says “I want to deepen my walk with Christ.” Level 2 is LAY LEADERSHIP and is designed for the individual who want skills to serve in the ministry leadership of a local church more fully.
