On Thursday, March 13, 2025, at the age of 67, Larry Joe peacefully transitioned from this life,leaving behind a legacy of love and cherishedmemories. At an early age, Larry confessed his belief in Christ,was baptized, and became a member of BethlehemBaptist Church, Jefferson, Texas, his family's church.He attended Smithland Elementary/Junior High Schoolin Smithland, Texas. He graduated from the JeffersonHigh School class of 1975.After graduation he joined the U.S. National GuardArmed Services. Upon returning from National Guardduty, Larry worked at Lone Star Steel Co., in Lone Star,Texas. He later moved to Dallas, Texas and workedthere in various roles for ARCO Oil & Gas, TrinityIndustries, Sweetheart Cup Factory, and later atManheim Auto Auction Corporation.Larry enjoyed playing pool, had a passion for cars, likedgoing to musical concerts (Frankie Beverly and Mazewas his favorite musical group).
