Kim Fields Bio Kim Fields is a veteran actress with an eminent household name, starring in two, long-running series, NBC’s "Facts of Life" and Fox’ "Living Single”. Both shows remain in worldwide syndication, consistently reinforcing her place as a global, pop culture icon. As an esteemed and versatile performer in front of and behind the camera, Kim is currently enjoying praise for directing HBO’s Insecure season 3 show-in-a-show, “Kev’yn”. In addition, she is recognized for developing and curating successful content in several digital and social media platforms, including her own. Kim has accumulated numerous starring and guest starring roles in TV movies and series, as well as independent feature films over her 40-year career, including the critically acclaimed, award-worthy faith-based drama, “A Question OF Faith”. “AQOF” was released in over 600 theaters nationwide in the fall of 2017 and is currently streaming on Netflix. Among her diverse talents, Kim Fields has proven to be an award-winning director, as well as a successful filmmaker and producer. In addition to being a director on HBO's Insecure, she was one of the lead directors for nearly 100 episodes of “Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns" and "Tyler Perry’s House of Payne” on TBS. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Kim double majored in Broadcast Journalism and TV/Film Production, with a minor in Religion. Her passion for the entertainment industry interwoven with her faith, has led Kim to seek opportunities in network television to increase faith-friendly programming as a Producer and Programmer. In 2010, Kim jumped into the holiday entertainment space, by creating, co-executive producing, directing, and starring in the star-studded Christmas special, “Holiday Love” which premiered on TV-One and continues to be a Holiday favorite on TV, Radio, and online. The nationally syndicated radio special alone garners over a million listeners annually. 2016 was a milestone year for Kim, as it was her 40th anniversary in the entertainment industry; she wrapped up a successful stint on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, segueing immediately into an unexpected (yet amazing)

run on ABC’s Dancing with The Stars. Kim’s performance generated quite a buzz from audiences and critics. The start of her next 40 years in the Biz finds Kim currently starring in the new British comedy series, “Living the Dream” for the U.K.’s SkyOne TV. Kim was thrilled to return to ABC for the exciting reboot of the hit “Battle of the Network Stars”. She also has a development deal with Lifetime for a TV Movie, “Edge of Faith”.
