I’m Kacee, the owner and photographer of Kacee AndersonPhotography. From 2013-2020 I grew my photography business on the sidewhile working full time as a teacher and librarian. After fourteenyears in education, I took the leap in 2022 and dove into mybusiness full time. I’ve grown to focus more more more on seniorsas they step into the next chapter of their lives. I want everysenior to feel totally comfortable and able to express themselvesin their pictures. I am incredibly thankful that I get to do what I do every singleday. I don’t take it for granted. This also includes a cap and gown miniin late April/early May once these arrive.25 Professionally designed graduation announcements.Your own "Senior Year" magazine featuring your top photos from the year. Ican include a write-up, too!Opportunity to earn a $50 print credit EACH person you refer that books asession with KAP. You can refer a friend, enjoy the mini sessions together,AND receive the print credit!Your immediate family will also receive a 25% discount on any standard ormini sessions booked during the school year. SchedulingSenior portraits can be done at any point in the school year. Keep in mindthat yearbooks often require photos for ads and dedications early on. Ifyou need your portraits back before then, be sure to schedule early.Cancellations and reschedules must be made via email or phone at least 48hours prior to your session. All retainers are non-refundable.PaymentA 25% non-refundable retainer is required in order to secure your date.The remaining balance is due four days prior to your session.WardrobePatterns, bold colors, layers, and accessories photograph really well. Aboveeverything you should wear something that makes you feel comfortable &confident. Don’t hesitate to ask for outfit recommendations. I love gettingto help with outfit inspiration.After Your SessionSneak peeks will be posted on my socials as I work on your session. Yourfull gallery will be sent via an online link within three weeks. You will beable to print, download, and share your photos however you wish. F R E Q U E N T L Y A S K E DQ U E S T I O N SQ: WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS?A: With years of experience under my belt, I know how to pose and guide clients tomake them feel relaxed while looking their very best. I use natural lighting as oftenas possible and make sure your portraits session is relaxed & fun. I'll help you to feelconfident in front of the camera. Q: HOW DO WE SELECT A LOCATION?A: Start by looking through the samples here. If there's a photo or location thatmatches your aesthetic, we can start there or I can suggest other locations with asimilar feel. Not seeing what you want? We can chat about your style and vision andgo from there. Q: DO I HAVE TO ORDER PRINTS THROUGH YOU?A: I highly recommend ordering professional prints directly through your gallery link,but it isn't required. The difference in quality is huge when it comes to orderingthrough a professional lab though, so I always love to help with prints, even if it’sjust a few. Q: HOW DO WE RESERVE OUR SESSION?A: Take a look at the calendar on my website. Find a date that works for you, pay the25% retainer, sign the agreement, and you're all set! Q: WILL YOU PHOTOSHOP MY IMAGES?A: I do fully edit all photos for accurate colors, skin tones, etc. I will automaticallytake out blemishes, but will keep you as natural as possible. I believe ourimperfections are what make us beautiful & unique.
