Step 2: Wood Repair and ReplacementStep 1: PowerwashPowerwashing all surfaces to be painted helps newpaint adhere to the existing surface while removingpollutants, dirt, mold, and mildew.During the free painting quote, all damaged woodwill be identified and repairs will be detailed on thequote. Repair materials and processes will bediscussed and explained prior to starting theproject. This ensures everyone understands whatwork will be completed.Step 4: Prep, Caulk, Scrape, and PrimeStep 3: Tape, Tarp & CoverTarps and drop cloths will be used to protect allareas around the home from drips and overspray.All windows, light fixtures, doors, plants, etc. will becovered prior to painting.All loose paint chips not removed by thepowerwashing will be scraped and smoothed priorto painting. Primer will be applied to all bare woodand metal to ensure the new paints sticks and lastsfor a long time.Step 5: PaintA good paint job with quality paints can protect theexterior of your home for a long time while lookingfresh and new.

We will alsoremove switch plates, outlets and/or ventsin the roomto be painted; these will be replaced when finished.Tape and tarps will be used to cover and protectfurniture and floors from any Step 3: Repair Nail Holes & CracksPrior to painting, minor drywall repair will be done onany holes, gauges, nicks, nail pops, and cracks.
