Grill, covered, on agreased grill rack over medium-high direct heatuntil lightly charred on all sides, 10-12 minutes.Remove from heat. When jalapenos are coolenough to handle, remove the skin, seeds, andmembranes; chop finely. Set aside.Sprinkle corn with 1/2 teaspoon salt. In a smallskillet, heat the remaining oil over mediumheat. Add panko; cook and stir until starting tobrown. Add paprika and oregano; cook untilcrumbs are toasted and fragrant.Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, crema, limejuice, and remaining salt; spread over corn.Sprinkle with bread crumbs, jalapenos, andchipotle pepper.
