MANAGER OF THE MONTH I have just moved over into B2B from Bryan and Chelesea has been absolutely amazing at helping me adjust as well as sharing documents that she has She has been a great POC for me to reach out to in regard to specific situations Chelesea is a great source of knowledge and takes time out of her day to help others with anything they need If another manager is going to be out she is one of the first to respond that she can help watch their team while they are away Chelesea goes above and beyond to make sure new managers are welcome and taken care of and given all the tools they need for success She even sets up 1 1 s to get to know them Great job Chelesea Chelesea Snyder

MANAGER OF THE MONTHB2B P+Chris WhatleyChris is the newest addition to Platinum+ leadership and has not hesitated to jump in and take on new projects. This month he put numbers together for how to evenly disperse the workload in a way that supported the UPH core metric. He devised a plan and collaborated with leaders for the best execution. He also took on the task to learn how to support Complex ticket creation/dispersal for peer support and did not hesitate to execute on multiple occasions.
