Travertine isbest used in entry walls, floors, fireplace surrounds,vanities, shower walls, tub decks and mosaics. It is notrecommended for kitchen or wet-bar countertops, since itcan be easily scratched and is prone to staining by fruitjuices and alcoholic products.
