Our staff turnover is very low with most having ten years’ service and some up to forty. Due to overwhelming workload, we are looking for a tree work team to work out of our Carryduff depot. We are looking to recruit a full team made up of tree surgeons and groundsmen. We welcome applicants from suitably qualified and experienced persons who would like to advance their career in the industry. The positions are full time and permanent. Tree surgeon applicants should already know the skillset required but as a minimum it will be NPTC climbing and chainsaw use. Certification in health and safety, driving and use of tree care equipment is beneficial. Remuneration includes a competitive salary, pension, 31 days holidays, bonus scheme and all overtime paid. When processed by our specialist machinery, fresh tree bark mulch can used in a variety of ways including; play areas, gardens, pathways, horse paddocks / riding areas and in some cases can be used as animal bedding. When composted and graded it is ideal for all horticultural operations. Screened and processed in our yard with no chemical additives this is a low cost, organic treatment for supporting plant growth and maintaining good moisture and nutrient levels in the area used.
