It’s been part of who we are since the beginning. Artisan Hand Crafted in BaliBorn in Bali out of an artisan community, we are artisan hand-crafted jewelry unlike any other. Prioritizing quality and longevity over quantity and speed, we make all our jewelry by hand using ethically sourced materials and time-honored techniques. Our process is as beautiful as our final product. 100% Reclaimed Silver and GoldTo avoid the harmful environmental impacts of mining, our jewelry is made with 100% reclaimed silver and gold that has been melted down and given new life. Excess precious metal scraps generated during production are recycled and reincorporated into future pieces. Ethically Sourced Gemstones All our gemstones and diamonds are ethically sourced in compliance with Responsible Jewelry Council standards. RJC is a global standard that evaluates supply chain, business ethics, labor and human rights, health and safety, environmental performance and management systems. We have been RJC certified since 2013. MetalThis collection is made with 100% reclaimed sterling silver and 14K yellow gold.

4CareDon’t use harsh cleaners when cleaning; use a polishing cloth. Light soap/water works best to clean the jewelry. Warranty John Hardy jewelry is covered by a limited warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Special Orders Special orders will be accepted during the event timeframe only if a size is sold out or unavailable, please note a full deposit must be taken at time CSO is placed. Lead time is 8-12 weeks from time CSO is submitted and items are non-returnable. SizingExtended sizing is available across multiple styles. Please reference UPC scan sheet for size details by SKU. Size extensions will be available in limited quantities on Nordstrom.com.
