Travel questions to ask when signing up for group travel. The answer is what Karried Away With Carrie (KAWC) provides.Do I have stay up and wait to check in flight? We check you in so you don’t have to worry about checking the clock or getting up in the middle of night to check in. Will I travel alone? We have at the minimum (1) member of our team on all trips. How do I get to the airport? We include home pick to airport. How do I get home from the airport? We provide “meet and greet” on return of trip to help find your luggage and arranged ride home. Will someone be there to guide us other than airline attendant? We will be present and assisting with flight check in, Can I upgrade my seat assignment before the flight? We can assist with specific seat assignment requests at booking (miles, 1st class etc) Who do I go to in case I don’t like my room or need something unexpected during the trip? We advocate for you. We will help you move room or help you with any problem that may arise. What if I get sick on trip? We assist with any medical issue that may arise. What happens if flight is canceled? Who rebooks and connect to missed connections? We assist with flight cancellations and delays. Who arranges flight home incase of emergency? We will work with you to get home safely. Is cancellation insurance included? We include or offer insurance in the price. If we have a medical claim, how do I get it processed? We assist with insurance claims for medical issues prior to trip or if you become ill on trip. Will group travel alone to destination? Personally escorted on all trips by KAWC personnel. Will there be an escort staying at hotel with group? We personally escort you on all trips. We are with you every step of the way. Are tips for guide and docents included? PAYMENT Carried Away With Carrie accepts payments by cash, check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card. WAITLIST It is possible to be placed on a wait list at no cost when maximum enrollment has been reached for a particular class program. PROGRAM CANCELATION POLICY Carried Away With Carrie reserves the right to cancel, postpone or combine trip as necessary. Programs may be canceled due to low enrollment. Register early to get the trip you want at the time you want it. In the event that Carried Away With Carrie cancels a program, the participant will receive a full refund. If a program is cancelled in mid-session, a prorated refund will be issued. Refund Policy No refunds will be made once a program has begun unless Karried Away With Carrie has altered or cancelled a program. If you need to drop-out of a program there will be a service fee of $5 to cover the cost of processing a refund. Karried Away With Carrie must be notified of cancelation before the date of that program. Cancellations made after the program date are subject to a $5 service fee, plus any costs incurred by Karried Away With Carrie. Cancellations made with less than 10 day’s notice will not be able to receive a refund.
