REGISTRATION INFORMATION Registration is easy Registrations are taken on a first come basis so register early An email containing additional steps information for check in at camp will be sent to you 4 weeks prior to your child s week of camp Complete the steps outlined in the email by the Thursday before the start of your camp session in order to expedite your on site check in Payment in full and completed Health Form are due 2 weeks prior to the start of your camp week ONLINE at www joyelcamps org CALL us to register by phone at 717 369 4539 or MAIL registration form and follow these steps 1 Complete the attached registration form 2 Enclose a deposit of 75 00 3 Mail your completed registration form and deposit to 3741 Joy El Dr Greencastle PA 17225 A 75 deposit is required to hold your spot The 75 deposit is deducted from your balance due The deposit is non refundable and transferable only to another 2023 summer session for the same individual A transfer fee will apply Requests for cancellation and refund must be made in writing and received 14 days prior to the start of the registered session All fees are non refundable within 14 days of the start of the registered session Only refund requests due to medical reasons and only with a doctor s excuse will be considered within 14 days of your camp week DISCOUNT INFORMATION Bible Adventure discounts as earned Multiple weeks for same child 30 discount for each additional overnight week after the first and 15 discount for each additional day camp week Overnight Youth and Wilderness Camps 30 discount and FREE t shirt when registered and paid in full by January 31st or FREE t shirt if registered with 75 non refundable deposit by March 31st Earn a 25 gift certificate for the Camp Store Invite a friend who has never been to Joy El before You can earn up to 75 in certificates by bringing 3 friends FREE CAMP will be provided for you if you bring 4 friends who have never been to Joy El before Day Camps 10 discount and FREE t shirt when registered and paid in full by January 31st or FREE t shirt if registered and paid in full by March 31st Get a 10 gift certificate for the Camp Store Invite a friend to camp who has never been to Joy El before Bible Adventure students earning free camp still need to put a 75 deposit down to reserve their space Deposit will be refunded after the child has attended camp Your friends must list your name on the appropriate line on their registration and attend a corresponding camp session to yours Fees will be refunded in full after all 4 friends have attended their week of camp Members of the same household do not qualify as a friend
