Liberty Specialty Markets (Insurance): I partnered on threepermanent positions across Senior, Principal and LeadBusiness Analyst roles. I then assisted on three contractpositions to assist with a variety of projects across the globalmodernisation program. IAG (Insurance): Successfully placed a Digital Product Owner,Digital Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, DigitalProduct Manager, and Digital Product Owner in 12-monthcontract roles, supporting projects across the Broker ClaimsPortal re-write and Quote Engagement on the NRMA website.Neos Life (Insurance): with a tight three week window, Iplaced a Senior Technical Business Analyst for a newlycreated role focused on technology uplift across multiple LifeInsurance systems.Kindred Group (Sports Wagering): Successfully placed aPermanent Senior Data Quality Engineer to drive thecompany’s largest product transformation to date, ensuringtop-tier data integrity and quality throughout the project.Confidential (Trading): As part of their agile transformation,this trading company needed two Product Owners to executetheir product roadmap within the new structure. I successfullyplaced both roles simultaneously, ensuring they wereequipped to deliver on key product objectives.Delivering Results: Aaron’s Recent Partner Success Optus (Telco): In collaboration with the Associate Director ofProgram and Project Management, I delivered 10 ProjectManagers and 4 Business Program Managers in a tighttimeframe to support Optus' EPMO launch. Over 24 months, Ialso filled 12 Business Analyst roles, alongside critical positionslike Senior Transformation Manager and Associate Director ofProduct Management, to lead a pivotal prepaid product in theprepaid portfolio of challenger brands. Superloop (Telco): I was brought in to assist with a strategichire, the business needed to uplift its CX and ProcessExcellence due to a strong trajectory of customer growth. Irecommended a combined role rather than two seperate,thiswas taken on board and I succesfully placed the Head of CX &Process Excellence in a 4 week window. Lumea/Transgrid (Telco/Utilities): Lumea have been goingthrough a strategic shift with a focus in their telco arm. I haveconsulted across positions the business needs, so far placing1 x Senior Business Development Manager working acrossWholesale, Government and Enterprise and 1 x Product Ownerfor their Digital Twin Platform.Ventia (Telco/Utilities): Ventia faced challenges in finding theright candidate for a critical Telstra Account Director role.Partnering with the GM of Business Development inTelecommunications, I delivered a strong shortlist of top-tierprofessionals, ultimately securing the ideal hire for this pivotalposition.

Macquarie Group (Financial Services): Transformed digitaland platform capabilities by establishing pivotal teams inboth BFS and COG divisions. I placed a Head of DigitalPlatforms, an Associate Director for Platform Engineering, and10 high-impact engineers across Cloud, Platform, and SREroles, significantly enhancing Macquarie’s technicalleadership and operational excellenceAMP (Financial Services): Scaled the Network and CloudEngineering Teams by strategically appointing Engineers,Platform Owners, and Platform Managers across theorganization, bolstering the teams' capabilities and efficiencyTrend Micro (Cyber Security): Enhanced the DevOpsEngineering Team by increasing its size from one to fiveskilled engineers, strengthening its capabilities significantlyBunnings (Retail): Expanded the existing DevOps Team byintroducing and filling four permanent, newly created DevOpsEngineer roles, each demanding expertise in Azure, AKS, andTerraform. This strategic move has empowered the team totackle complex challenges effectivelyQuantium (Data Analytics & Consulting): Significantlybolstered both the Platform and SRE teams by making threepivotal hires, enhancing the overall capabilities andperformance of these crucial operational units.Auto & General (Insurance): Joined their existing panel andgrew their DevOps Team, placing 7/7 Engineers (5x Senior, 2xMid-level) in a 8-month period, transforming theirDevOps/Platform culture and capabilities within the business.Symbio (SaaS): Enabled Symbio's growth by strategicallyonboarding 2 Engineering Managers, 2 Systems Engineers,and 2 Network Engineers, effectively scaling operations acrossmultiple business domains.Ticketek (Entertainment): I strengthened the SystemsEngineering team by strategically appointing a TechOpsTeam Lead and two Systems Engineers. Additionally, Iexpanded the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team from 2 to6 skilled engineers, all based in Australia, significantlyenhancing their capability and resilience.The Trade Desk (Software): Built and scaled their SRE Team,placing multiple Senior Site Reliability Engineer’s, who have gone onto become Leads.Confidential (Trading): Scaled both DevOps and DataEngineering Teams for two Trading companies.
