Backstage Rules & GuidelinesTo ensure a smooth, respectful, and safe experience for everyone involved, please carefullyreview and follow the backstage protocols below:Arrival & Check-InArrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time for backstage check-in.Mainstage check-in takes place in the Garden State Prefunction Backstage Hallway.Important: There is no access backstage from the Regency Ballroom. Attempting toenter through the curtains will result in being turned away.Optional Stage check-in is through the Garden State Ballroom, on the host side of thestage through the curtains.Makeup Checks (Ages 0–9)Contestants ages 0–9 will receive a quick makeup check, including a Q-tip swab on thecheek and forehead and a check for eye makeup.Contestants not in compliance with makeup protocols will not be allowed to perform.Guardian AccessGuardians are not permitted backstage for contestants ages 6 and up.Guardians may wait in the pre-function area or retrieve their contestant after stagetime.No guardians are allowed in the Spokesmodel or Interview rooms.A live stream of the Spokesmodel competition will be available in the designatedparent holding room.Behavior & ConductSportsmanship is required. Cheer for all contestants and show support throughout theevent.No recording or photography is allowed backstage.Please keep hair, makeup, and dressing areas clean and food-free. Dispose of trashproperly.Respect Staff & Volunteers - Follow all instructions from ECUSA staff and volunteers.Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.Use Designated Changing Areas - No public changing.
