Keep in mind that in order for this to work your InstagramAccount must be a business account or creator accountconnected to a Facebook page. Important NotesThe first private message you send from a comment automationto a private DM must be an opt in. This means the user musttake an action that keeps them inside of the chatbot for them tobe opted in. In other words do not send a link for them to click onto take them outside of the bot until AFTER they have opted in.If you have a high engaged page and expect a lot of commentsvery quickly you will want to ensure you space out your responsetime. Chatbot Builder makes this easy. When you are setting upyour Chat Automation instead of the “Immediately” select“Random within X” to have the message send out randomlywithin a specified time. This will help keep your page fromgetting restricted.
