The dryer offers adrying capacity of 200 kg, suitable for smallfarmers, and incorporates advanced aircirculation and temperature controlsystems to enhance drying efficiency.Khargone, a major chili-producing region in MadhyaPradesh, experiences substantial post-harvest losses ofaround 30-35% due to traditional drying methods. Smalland marginal farmers in the area, who primarily rely on sun-drying, face challenges like weather dependency,contamination, and pest infestations.
