PROJECT INFORMATION SHEET Sebring Airport Hangar Sebring Florida INDUSTRIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION SUMMARY CHALLENGE SOLUTION Marmer was hired by the Sebring Airport Authority to complete the rebuild of a hangar that was destroyed in 2017 as result of Hurricane Irma We constructed this new 19 680 sqft airplane hangar with 5 bays and tenant office space in seven months As this building has a large steel frame there were long lead times working with the manufacturer and supply houses While adhering to submittal and approval process standards this proved challenging to make sure correct product would arrive to the job site on time while remaining on schedule Our project management and field supervision teams worked diligently to stay in contact with manufacturers supply houses and subcontractors to ensure clear communication was present throughout the project This allowed us to coordinate scheduling more efficiently to complete the project on time Size 19 680 sqft Duration Aug 2019 Feb 2020 Project Manager Marty Wohl Superintendent Curtis Gillilan Owner Sebring Airport Authority

PROJECT INFORMATION SHEET Steel Blue Expansion Avon Park Florida INDUSTRIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION SUMMARY CHALLENGE SOLUTION The Steel Blue Expansion project consisted of adding 3 060 sqft fabrication space and 7 140 sqft storage space to the Steel Blue Fabrication facility This new metal building structure featured two roll up doors fire resistant paneling and a covered breezeway As a steel fabrication facility welding safety was a key component of design and construction The facility also had an existing metal building directly across from the structure that remained operational during construction Fire resistant insulation and paneling were installed on the surrounding walls of the metal building Welding panels were then placed in between each welding station A covered breezeway was installed between the existing and new building with continuous concrete to provide seamless forklift accessibly to each structure Size 10 200 sqft Duration Mar 2021 June 2021 Engineer Cool and Cobb Project Manager Kraig Clabough Superintendent Curtis Gillilan Owner Steel Blue Fabrication

PROJECT INFORMATION SHEET Sebring Int l Raceway Sebring Florida INDUSTRIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION SUMMARY CHALLENGE SOLUTION Construct a two lane vehicular and pedestrian bridge using railway cars to span the gap over the race track This project also included installation of outdoor elevators for handicap accessibility and a new tunnel for quick EMS access to the track during race events This project was uniquely designed with limited plan details and a very tight deadline to ensure completion prior to the Raceway s biggest annual event the Twelve Hours of Sebring In addition the race track had to remain active throughout the duration of construction Our project management software Procore aided in open and timely communication about project scheduling design detail changes and important safety protocol This approach enabled us to complete the project well in advance giving fans and Raceway personnel a new safe and easy way to get around Architect CALIC Group Duration Oct 2019 Mar 2020 Project Manager Marty Wohl Superintendent Mark Lamon Owner Sebring International Raceway LLC NASCAR

PROJECT COMPLIANCE DAVIS BACON Compliance with the Davis Bacon Act is a priority on our projects which is why we have an inhouse expert that oversees all required documentation She is responsible for managing all required Wage Determination requests reviewing the weekly Certified Payroll Reports CPR for completeness accuracy and assisting all subcontractors with completion of their reports Several simple mistakes are caught on our in house review saving several days on the compliance timeline allowing timely funding of monthly draws Establishing and maintaining communication with our subcontractors administration staff and the ownership s compliance team is key to maintaining compliance with the Davis Bacon Act SECTION 3 Projects requiring compliance with HUD s Section 3 are usually handled in the same manner as the compliance with the Davis Bacon Act We believe open and constant communication is the key to success Our first step is always explaining the Why of the requirements and then the How We have found that once our subcontractors understand the purpose of Section 3 it easier to keep them in compliance and the are willing to work with us to satisfy the projects Section 3 goals Our compliance team provides resources to ensure the project is compliant and we are actively seeking to promote the employment of Section 3 residents in the local area SALES TAX Our administrative team has created a monthly process to collect and document the sales tax paid on all materials used to complete each project We provide this information to the ownership teams monthly or at the end of the project for identification of potential tax savings opportunities for the developments DRAW PROCESS Preparing for tomorrow is our motto in our Administration Division We are continuously working with our field management team architects subcontractors suppliers and project lenders to ensure that our month draw package is accurate and complete when submitted We understand that multi family projects have strenuous reporting requirements and the best way to ensure is all the requirements are met is to plan Marmer holds a Pre Construction Meeting with all key players to discuss project expectations and goals which includes monthly billing requirements

MEET THE MARMER TEAM ADMINISTRATION Our Administration staff is led by Marmer s Vice President Merideth Wohl Merideth is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Construction Industry Professional She has built a strong administration team that is proficient in Project Compliance requirements as well as all accounting processes Our team ensures job costing is complete and accurate invoices are reviewed and approved timely billing is clear concise and complete and all lien releases are secured to ensure a timely close out of the project We believe our administration is the cornerstone of the company PRE CONSTRUCTION Over the past 13 years we have built an in house database of subcontractors and suppliers Not only does this database allow our team to query by trade service area and MBE DBE status it also has a rating capability which enables our Pre Construction team to rank each subcontractor and supplier by their bid response rate competitiveness of their bid actual field performance and organization of the company s administration This ranking system allows us to build strong relationships with quality subcontractors and suppliers across the State Our Pre Construction team works diligently to the obtain multiple quotes for each trade and materials needed Once proposals are received they are reviewed and qualified to ensure they are in compliance with the plans and specifications We then create detailed Schedule of Values and Qualifications Statements to provide our clients with an accurate and complete proposal Our team is proficient in numerous AIA Contracts types and Underwriting processes We also coordinate with the local authorities on zoning addressing and permitting needs

MEET THE MARMER TEAM CONSTRUCTION Our Construction team is dedicated in providing project management efficiency accountability and risk prevention to all of our clients We use the world s 1 most widely used construction management software Procore Project Management This software is the most innovated technology in the construction industry that allows us to increase project efficiency and accountability by streamlining and mobilizing project communication and documentation With 24 7 accessibility to project data our clients and construction team worked together to minimize costly risks and project delays Safety is a priority at Marmer Construction and our staff works hard to ensure our job sites are safe for all parties involved We believe the success of a project stems from communication cost control and scheduling Our team works directly with our clients to establish a clear line of communication by establishing goals expectations and progress meetings Cost control is managed through our SAGE accounting platform and securing quality subcontractor agreements SAGE allows our project management team to run cost control reports to ensure the project is on budget at any time Our team works diligently on preparing the construction schedules that meet our clients expectations as well as material and labor expectations We build our comprehensive schedules through Microsoft Project and upload them weekly in Procore At the end of each project our project coordinators prepare and provide all close out documents including all warranty documentation maintenance manuals selections specifications final lien releases and As Builts KEY CONSTRUCTION PERSONNEL
