WORDS FROM OUR CEOANNE BACONMany words can help define “how” we do the work we do at IMPACT Community Action Partnership: respectful, eicient, caring, integrity, dignity, resourceful. But the one word that best tells the “what” of IMPACT is the singular word “essential.” It is so core to what we do that it is the central feature of our mission statement: Reducing the barriers and burdens that families in poverty experience by increasing access to essential needs. The core services at IMPACT — utilities, housing, and food assistance — are all essential to the basic well-being of the people we serve. You are key to this work in assisting the community with essential needs. Thank you for your partnership.Anne Bacon, CEO2024 BOARD OF DIRECTORSTom Ahart, ChairCrystal EllisAmber HoraKisha JahnerRobert Johnston Josh MandelbaumLori SchraderBacharMark SnellDenny StevensonSteve VanOort Nicole WilsonBill Zinnel
