Ikindly request that you check out promptly by 11:00 am, allowingtime to prepare your room for my next guests. If your plans change and you require a late check-out, I may be able toaccommodate you for a small additional fee. Contact me via yourreservation app or call (702) 483-8414 and I’ll do my best to arrange it. Quiet Hours10:00 pm – 8:00 amParties or large gatherings are not permitted. Smoking RulesSmoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite or on the balcony. If youare caught smoking, a fine of $500 will be imposed by The PlatinumHotel. The designated smoking area is located outside on the first floor,between the hotel lobby and the parking garage. Pet PolicyNo pets are allowed inside the suite. Trash DisposalIf you want to dispose of your trash, a large trash bin is located outsideon the first floor to the left of the parking garage. Otherwise, upondeparture, you can leave the trash inside the suite, either inside thetrash can or tied up in the plastic trash bag. Please do not put trashoutside the door in the hallway. Damage PolicyI kindly ask that you respect my property during your stay. Please beaware that you will be responsible for covering the costs of anydamages to the suite or its furnishings. Your cleaningfee covers the departure cleaning after you check out.If you require additional housekeeping, I provide the followingoptions:There is a complimentary room refresh for stays of 4+ nights(available only if the housekeeping staff is on-site), includingtrash pickup, bed making, and counter wiping.Additional room refreshes and amenity refills are available foran extra fee.In-stay cleaning, which includes amenity refills and 4 extratowel sets, is also available for an extra fee.If you have any questions or need anything, please contact me viayour reservation app or call (702) 483-8414. Security Safe The safe is located in the bedroom closet. To set a guest passcode, followthe steps below.Step 1 - When the door to the safe is unlocked, enter the guestpasscode you want to set.Step 2 - Then press the # button (just press one time) and release, thescreen will display “CLOSED”, and the guest passcode will be setsuccessfully. Step 3 - Enter the guest passcode and the screen will display “OPENED”and the safe door will be opened, at which point the guest passcode youjust set is no longer valid.Step 4 - If you want to lock the safe door, just repeat Steps 1 and 2.Your guest passcode can be a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6digits. Two keys cannot be pressed simultaneously. Programming a new guest passcode will overwrite your previouspasscode.If you forget your safe passcode, please contact me via your reservationapp or call (702) 483-8414.In-Suite Games For your entertainment, I have provided you with a deck of cards,a Chess set, a Checkers set, and a box of Dominos. Appliances TelevisionsYou’ll find a TV remote for each TV. The remotes are labeled andprogrammed for each specific TV. Air ConditioningThe thermostat is located on the wall by the entry of thebedroom door. Adjust the temperature using the arrow buttonsbeside the display screen. It can get extremely hot in Las Vegas, soduring the summer months, please keep your patio door closedto ensure the suite remains cool.Coffee MachineHelp yourself to the coffee pods and tea stored in the coffee barbeside the coffee machine. Optionally, a drip coffee machine isstored in the lower kitchen cabinet.Microwave OvenWhen microwaving food, I kindly ask that you use the food coverI’ve provided to prevent food from splattering inside themicrowave.Washer and DryerA small capacity washer/dryer is located in the closet across fromthe kitchen. You are welcome to use it during your stay. DishwasherEnsure the dishwasher is full before starting it. You’ll finddishwashing detergent in the cabinet under the sink. Please donot put plastic items in the dishwasher (e.g. plastic plates, cups,or cutlery).FireplaceThe fireplace is an electrical appliance that cannot heat the entireunit.
