PoliciesPoliciesREGISTRATIONRegistration closes five business daysprior to the start of the class in orderfor instructors to facilitate the bestexperience.PAYMENTStudents must pay for classes in fullupon registration. We accept cashand checks (on-site only) and allmajor credit cards. A $2.49processing fee is charged for creditcard orders. Processing fee can beavoided by paying on site with cashor check. Read through coursedescriptions carefully for dates,times, format, and required supplies. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDSIn the event that a student mustwithdraw their registration from aclass or workshop, HYS will issue arefund if cancellation is made 7 daysprior to the start of the class orworkshop. Cancellations with lessthan 1 week notice are eligible for a50% refund or transfer into anotherclass.WAITLISTIf a class reaches maximum capacity,you will have the option to join awaitlist at the time of registration. Ifopen spots become available in awaitlisted course, waitlisted studentswill be contacted to register in theorder in which they joined thewaitlist.MATERIALS & SUPPLIESClasses requiring supplies willprovide a materials list online andalso in your registration receiptemail. Some raw materials, (such asclay) are available for purchase inthe classroom.MAKE-UP DATESHYS does not offer make-up datesfor any individual student who isunable to attend a scheduled class.
