INTRODUCTIONINTRODUCTIONINTRODUCTIONCoff ee culture in the UK has changed since the turn of the century, partly due to the arrival of American brands such as Starbucks, which arrived in the UK a little over 25 years ago, bringing their own brand of fl avoured coff ee drinks which has revolutionized peoples coff ee experience in this country.Whilst high street coff ee chains have been one of the major growth businesses of the high street in recent times, the coff ee experience at home has not evolved in the same way.We believe there is a real opportunity for the introduction of a fl avoured “coff ee creamer” style product that also started life in the US but has not yet really established a market in the UK. American coff ee creamers are typically rich, creamy fl avoured drinks, which Americans add to their coff ee as an alternative to milk and sugar. Based on the market research we’ve completed and the feedback from focus groups for our product, we strongly believe there is a demand for a UK variant of the American coff ee creamer product. OUR STORY.In 2018, in the heart of New York City, Ross from England met Jaime, a native New Yorker, during his work assignment in the US. They quickly bonded over their shared interests, especially their love for coff ee. Ross enjoyed his coff ee black, while Jaime preferred hers with rich, fl avored creamers.Jaime introduced Ross to the world of coff ee creamers, and it was love at fi rst sip. Their mornings became a ritual of enjoying perfectly brewed coff ee with delightful creamers, making their days brighter and their love of coff ee stronger.In 2020, Ross and Jaime decided to embark on a new adventure together and moved to the UK. Jaime did her fi rst weekly food shop and was shocked to fi nd one glaring omission – coff ee creamer. She returned home, crestfallen, and Ross explained the unfortunate truth: coff ee creamer doesn’t exist in the UK.Determined to bring their beloved coff ee experience to their new home, Ross and Jaime teamed up with the rest of the Hunt family and poured their hearts into research and development, driven by their passion for great coff ee.
