Working practices are changing During the pandemic, many employees had to work from home to comply with safety guidelines. However as we emerge from the pandemic, a recent study by WeWork and Workplace Intelligence found that the majority of employees want access to an oce space outside of their home. Employees cite a number of benefits oered by their workplace, such as the ability to focus and collaborate. This is where hybrid working comes in. Hybrid models allow employees to combine working from home with working from an oce, in a collaborative space or other locations. According to a recent survey by CIPD, many employers are introducing a hybrid work model to enable employees more flexible access to properties.
