FAIRMONT CENTURY PLAZA HOTEL CENTURY CITY CA Client Woodridge Capital Partners Scale 400 Hotel Keys 363 Condominiums 4 016 Stalls SF 1 937 712 Levels 16 44 44 Above 5 Below The Century Plaza Development located in Century City CA is a ground up historic renovation expansion and seismic retrofit mixed use project designed by Pei Cobb Freed Gensler and HED This development totals over 1 9 million square feet throughout three structures with 16 44 and 44 levels above grade It includes 363 luxury condominiums and 400 Fairmont Century Plaza hotel keys Connected parking totals 379 845 square feet and 4 016 stalls The project is inclusive of a historic renovation expansion and seismic retrofit to the original Minoru Yamasaki designed Century Plaza hotel and the ground up construction of the two 44 level triangular glass towers that flank the hotel s west elevation and contain 290 luxury condominiums The uppermost four floors of the Century Plaza Hotel were converted to house 73 luxury condominiums The two new Century Plaza towers include three outdoor pools a helipad private dining rooms wine storage a gym and a screening room The development s landscaping design features bike racks a barbeque area a yoga meditation lawn two dog parks water features a dining terrace reading garden and an event garden LEED Silver 6 WEBCOR 7

HOTEL INDIGO DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES CA Client Greenland USA Scale 350 Hotel Keys 133 Stalls SF 332 623 Levels 18 Above 2 Below Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown located in Los Angeles CA is a ground up Type I concrete hotel project with a construction cost of 167 6 million The project is designed by Gensler This GMP project totals 332 623 square feet throughout one structure with 18 levels above grade and two levels below grade It includes 350 hotel keys Connected parking totals 51 729 square feet and 133 valet stalls Located within the 6 3 acre 1 billion Metropolis development the hotel includes amenities such as the lobby level Metropole Bar Kitchen a lounge and bar space on the 18th floor called 18 Social meeting and convention space a pool deck and fitness space The design is inspired by the 1920 s Prohibition era infusing elements from the underground speakeasies and tunnels the Fiesta de las Flores parade the budding Hollywood movie industry as well as historic Chinatown Webcor self performed concrete and carpentry This project is LEED Silver 8 WEBCOR 9

SHERATON AT THE BLOC W HOLLYWOOD HOTEL DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES CA HOLLYWOOD CA Client Woodridge Capital Partners Scale 400 Hotel Keys SF 235 000 Levels 8 Above 4 Below Client HEI GC Hollywood Vine LLC Scale 305 Hotel Keys 563 Stalls SF 998 895 SF Levels 12 15 Above 3 Below The Sheraton at The Bloc located in Downtown Los Angeles is a substantial piece of the colossal mixed use destination The Bloc consisting of an anti mall where a redesigned Macy s Sheraton Hotel office tower and parking structure blend with an open to the sky marketplace featuring local boutiques artisans retailers and restaurants Designed by Studio One Eleven this design assist project was constructed concurrently with other contractors on the tight urban site Webcor s renovation seismic improvement and tenant improvement scope of the multi type material project has a construction cost of 89 5 million and totals 1 035 000 square feet throughout four structures with up to eight levels of work performed above grade and three levels below grade The project includes renovations to 235 000 square feet of public spaces in the Sheraton Hotel including the lobby public corridors and common areas grand entry ballrooms and meeting rooms kitchen loading and service and back of house areas The W Hollywood Hotel Residences located in Hollywood CA is a ground up Type I concrete mixed use project The project is designed by HKS Architects This GMP project totals 998 895 square feet throughout two structures joined by a sky bridge with 12 and 15 levels above grade and three levels below grade It includes a combination of 305 W hotel keys and 143 condominium residences Three levels of below grade connected parking and valet total 229 360 square feet Located at the famous intersection of Hollywood and Vine Streets on a L shaped site Hotel guests enter the lobby to a grand high ceilinged space Upstairs suites grouped together on the second and third floors of the hotel are specifically outfitted for press junkets Like the junket rooms the bulk of the rooms are a mixture of Barbarella style Hollywood and 1960s L A Modern The ultra luxury condominiums have full access to all of the hotel amenities including the rooftop pool and cabanas meeting and banquet space a 35 movie screen at the Station Hollywood bar Drai s Hollywood nightclub the Delphine Eatery Bar and Bliss Spa Yet if desired residents using a dedicated car turnaround can bypass the hotel lobby completely Webcor self performed concrete This project is LEED Silver 10 WEBCOR 11

THE RITZ CARLTON HOTEL RESIDENCES AND JW MARRIOTT AT L A LIVE DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES CA Client Anschutz Entertainment Group Inc Scale 1 001 Hotel Keys 224 Condominiums 467 Stalls SF 2 032 895 Levels 54 22 Above 3 Below The Ritz Carlton Hotel Residences and JW Marriott at L A LIVE located in downtown Los Angeles CA is a groundup Type I concrete and steel mixed use project designed by Gensler This development totals 2 032 000 square feet throughout two conjoined structures with 54 and 22 levels above grade and three levels below grade It includes a combination of 878 4 star JW Marriott hotel and 123 5 star Ritz Carlton boutique hotel keys involving 24 different guestroom types and 212 Ritz branded condominium residences on the top 25 floors including 12 luxury penthouses Three levels of below grade connected parking and support space total 231 816 square feet and 467 stalls With curved exterior skin comprised of 30 colors the iconic tower serves as the visual anchor for the larger six block sports and entertainment district The J W Marriott s threestory reception lobby is the urban connection between downtown and L A LIVE STAPLES Center and the Los Angeles Convention Center LEED Silver 12 WEBCOR 13

GRAND HYATT AT SFO SAN FRANCISCO CA Client Airport Commission of City County of San Francisco Scale 351 Hotel Keys 215 Stalls SF 272 000 Levels 12 Grand Hyatt at San Francisco International Airport located in San Francisco CA is a ground up Type I concrete hotel project designed by Hornberger Worstell Inc ED2 International A JV This design build project totals 272 000 square feet throughout one structure with 12 levels above grade It includes 351 sound proof hotel keys including 21 suites Associated surface parking contains 215 stalls Located on airport grounds the 4 7 acre site is convenient to terminal buildings and parking garages and enjoys direct access to SFO s AirTrain via a fourth floor light rail station The four star hotel s amenities include more than 14 000 square feet of flexible meeting space with grand and junior ballrooms a 70 seat gourmet three meal restaurant two bars a graband go market Hyatt StayFit Gym yoga room and massage treatment room Webcor self performed concrete and drywall LEED Gold 14 WEBCOR 15

HYATT REGENCY MISSION BAY SAN DIEGO CA Client Kennedy Associates Real Estate Cousel LP Scale 429 Hotel Rooms SF 218 842 Levels 17 Above The Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa Marina renovation and upgrade project was completed while the hotel continued to host vacationers weddings and business conferences The scope of work for this existing 4 star hotel included the complete renovation of 429 guest rooms two extensive kitchen remodels common areas systems modernization building code upgrades and extensive landscaping HOTEL VITALE SAN FRANCISCO CA THE ST REGIS SAN FRANCISCO SAN FRANCISCO CA Client Emerald Fund Scale 200 Hotel Keys SF 141 960 Levels 9 Above Client St Regis Museum Tower LLC Scale 269 Hotel Keys 102 Condominiums 161 Stalls SF 775 650 Levels 42 Above 4 Below The mixed use hotel and residences include two restaurants a fitness yoga center pool spa and indoor and outdoor meeting and event spaces At ground level it houses the 20 000 square foot Museum for the African Diaspora As part of the project Webcor renovated and repurposed a Romanesque Revival low rise structure bordering the site The historic building contains the hotel s offices fitness center and food service area Webcor self performed concrete and doors frames and hardware 20 The Hotel Vitale is a 9 story boutique hotel on San Francisco s waterfront with 200 guest rooms three conference rooms a fitness center res taurant bar and rooftop health spa The moment frame concrete structure was poured in place and has an exterior plaster skin system detailed with a thin brick veneer WEBCOR 21
