Add oil to pan followed by chili flakes, then addyour diced onions.Salt to taste, and stir in your blended peppers.Add tomatoes, and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Crush tomatoes as desired.You can leave them chunky or break them down.Once at a simmer, add your baking soda, and then whisk.Lastly, add in your basil.Once your pasta is plated and sauce is added, finish with optional parmesan on top INGREDIENTS 1 can of San Marzanno tomatoes2 charred red bell peppers1/2 diced yellow onion1 tablespoon chopped basil2 teaspoons chili flakes1 teaspoon baking sodaOlive oil (for cooking)Salt to tasteDIRECTIONS HOMEMADE PASTA SAUCE
