Salad1 1/2 cup of Spring Mix 1 Roma tomato sliced⁄ cup each of green, yellow red peppers⁄ cup of red onion dicedTop with olives, raspberries, Blueberries and walnutsInstructions Ensure jar and ingredients are dry. Place tomatoes, peppers, onions and any fruits inthe jar first. Add your leafy greens and then top with yourwalnuts. Seal the jar. INGREDIENTS

Salad Dressing⁄ cup red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons Dijonmustard 1 teaspoon dried oregano⁄ teaspoon Himalayansalt ⁄ teaspoon pepper ⁄ cup olive oil 2 tablespoons fresh lemonjuice1 tablespoon agaveINGREDIENTSInstructions Whisk red wine vinegar,Dijon mustard, oregano, saltand pepper in bowlSlowly stream olive oil intovinegar mixture whilewhisking brisklyAdd agave to your liking,starting with 1 tablespoon.Pour dressing into sealablecontainer. Shake well & storein refrigerator.

Sautéed Kale & Mushrooms INGREDIENTS⁄ cup grape seed oil ⁄ to ⁄ cup red onion dicedor onion powder 1 cup porta bellamushrooms1 bag of kale ⁄ cup organic vegetablebroth 2 tablespoons red-winevinegarSeason with Himalayan salt,pepper, cayenne pepper orred pepper flakes to tasteInstructionsHeat grape seed oil in largesauté pan over mediumheat. Add onions and cook for 2minutes. Add mushroomsand seasoning. Sauté for 7minutes. Add kale to pan. Add brothand toss kale in thebroth/oil. Cover for 5-7minutes until kale is soft andwilted but still green. Coverand continue to cook (3-5minutes), stirringoccasionally until liquid isevaporated. Season totaste with salt and pepper.Toss kale in vinegar.

I N S T R U C T I O N S Breakfast: Smoothie Time! Take your smoothie ingredients and ice and blendinto a smoothie. Lunch: Salad For dressing, you may also use organic balsamicvinaigrette or mix olive oil, lemon, sea salt and peppermixed to taste. Daily Intake Instructions Now that you’re prepared, you can start the detox.Detox Water Drink the gallon of water daily. Ginger and key lime infused water. Upon waking: Warm 8 ounces of your infused wateradd thinly sliced pieces of ginger (about an inch inlength). Let the mixture sit for 2-3 minutes and thendrink. H2O Essential Herbal Colon Cleanse TeaIn a 32 oz. mason jar add 2 tbs of tea and boilingwater. Seal with lid. Allow the tea to steep over night.Drink 8 -10 oz 3 times a day.Morning, Noon & Evening.
