Travel back in time with me, roughly 540 millionyears ago to a period known as The CambrianExplosion (the Biological Big Bang), when theEarth's oceans underwent a dramaticdiversification of life that laid the foundation forthe rich tapestry of life we see today.Cambrian Explosion captures that momentwhen life burst onto the scene in a dazzlingdisplay of creativity. Emerging from the deepblue depths, which symbolize the primordialoceans, are splashes of vibrant yellow, orange, and red.CambrianExplosionThese bizarre tentacled shapes seem toemerge from a common source of cells, mirroring the Cambrian explosion's rapiddiversification. Each swirl and curve hints at theunique forms and adaptations that blossomedin this evolutionary explosion:. Large whitepods, suggestive of primordial eggs, restamidst the swirling currents, holding thepromise of further evolution, while clusters oflight blue bubbles, like miniature universes, hintat the nascent stages of new life.Cambrian Explosion invites us to contemplatethe awe-inspiring power of evolution. Itreminds us that life, in its infinite creativity, canerupt from seemingly barren beginnings, forever transforming the world around it.02FEATURE 1

In my artistic journey, I embrace theunexpected moments that ignite inspiration. My work often reveals the hidden beauty foundin everyday experiences, transforming themundane into a palette of bold colors andintricate forms.CascadeCascade was inspired by the unexpectedbeauty I found in the middle of winter. I wasfeeling uninspired, and on a grocery run, I cameacross these colorful flower displays. I felt a little silly taking close-up photos withmy phone, but I was so enthralled by theoverflowing abundance and vibrancy of thecolors, a combination rarely seen in nature, thatI couldn't resist.02FEATURE 1

Immerse yourself in "The Red Sea," a dynamicexploration of color and shape inspired by thevibrant hues of an underwater coral reef.Inspired by a larger commission, this pieceshowcases a bold palette of teal, yellow, red,and orange, creating an energetic flowreminiscent of aquatic movement. The interconnected shapes and colors evokethe beauty of marine life, capturing theimagination and inviting reflection on therelationship between nature and artistry. The Red SeaThis piece was born from the afterglow of alarger commission; the client wantedsomething bold and vibrant, and I found myselfcompletely captivated by the interplay of teal, yellow, red, and orange on the canvas. It was like diving into a coral reef, the colors soalive and the shapes swirling with an aquaticenergy. I couldn't let go of that feeling. "The RedSea" became my way of staying underwater, exploring that same world of color andmovement.02FEATURE 2

In my artistic practice, I often engage with themes ofcreation and cosmic energy, translating the intricatedance of the universe into vibrant, abstract forms. This small round piece interprets the cosmos' creationthrough a dynamic explosion of color. A fiery coreradiates outward, blending purples, reds, and yellows toembody the raw energy and chaos of the Big Bang. The textured surface enhances the sense of movement, capturing the swirling and expanding nature of theuniverse's birth. This striking work invites reflection onthe origins of existence, making it a captivating additionto any space. The Big Bang

Sunlight surrenders completely here, theartwork glows with a bioluminescent light, an etherealgreen that seems to breathe life into the darkness.Sinuous forms reminiscent of anemones and other seaflora weave through the painting, their tentacle-likeextremities a vivid representation of nature’sadaptability and the intertwined existence of all livingthings."Mariana" celebrates a place both alien and strangelybeautiful. Artist’s Notes“I have been exploring both more realistic floral compositions as wellas abstract psychedelic landscapes and colors beyond what thehuman eye can perceive.Inspired by the patterns and mysteries of both nature and thecosmos, I aim to evoke a sense of wonder and appreciation for therepeating cycles, symbiotic relationships, and regenerative forcesthat shape our universe. Blending elements of the real and theimagined, I create a colorful world that is both familiar and strange, inviting viewers to contemplate the interconnectedness of all things.”
